Conversion service solution:
Trix Systems Conversion Services
If you have a hybrid PDF that contains both vector
image and raster (usually scanned) image information, use the table below
for suggested solutions:
You
only need the vector content of the PDF to be editable in CAD.
|
|
pdfFLY
will create a DXF of the PDF vector content. All the raster elements
will be converted to JPEG images. You can then insert these back
into your CAD application as pictures.
|
You
only need the raster picture elements in the PDF to be editable in
CAD.
|
|
Use Adobe
Acrobat's 'Advanced - Export all images' function to create TIF
files of the raster elements. Then use
TracTrix to convert these files to CAD vector formats.
|
The
image is mostly comprised of raster elements with limited vector
elements and you want to have the entire PDF editable in CAD.
|
|
Use Adobe
Acrobat's 'File - Save as - TIFF' function to save the entire image
as a raster. Then use
TracTrix to convert these files to CAD vector formats.
|
The
image is a mix of vector and raster lines and you want to have the
entire PDF editable in CAD. |
|
Use
pdfFLY
to create a DXF of the PDF vector content. All the raster elements
will be converted to JPEG images. Then use
TracTrix to convert the JPEGs to CAD vector files and insert
each back into the primary drawing file. |
